- ¾ cup of Almond milk
- Other option: Coconut Milk
- 5 – 6 Strawberries
- ½ Cup Raspberries
- 5 – 10 fresh Mint leaves
- ½ Tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1 Teaspoon maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 Tablespoon Cacao Nibs
- Option: Add ½ cup “Latta Russian Kefir: Live Probiotic Yogurt” (plain, acidophilus or any flavor) for extra probiotic and protein boost!
Please use organic ingredients whenever possible!
- Wash berries and mint thoroughly
- Fill blender with ¾ cup almond milk
- Add berries, mint, Chia seeds and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
- Add cacao nibs and optional Latta probiotic boost. Blend again until smooth.
